Aldis Alexander Basil Hodge is an American actor. Among his prominent roles, he played Alec Hardison in the TNT Leverage series, MC Ren in the 2015 biopic series Straight Outta Compton, Levi Jackson in the 2016 Hidden Figures series, Noah in the WGN America series. Underground, Matthew in Girlfriends and Jim Brown in the 2020 Movie A Night in Miami. He will play the role of Carter Hall / Hawkman in the upcoming DC Extended Universe film Black Adam.

In the drama Leverage, he played Alec Hardison, and in the 2019 feature Brian Banks, he plays the titular character. His other credits include A Good Day to Die Hard, Straight Outta Compton, Big Momma's House, and Happy Feet.
