Before being arrested on June 18, 1996, Seda killed three people and injured five others. Seda is said to have admired the San Francisco Zodiac Killer for avoiding arrest. Police describe Seda, a Brooklyn resident, as a recluse haunted by astrology and death. Seda was formally indicted in this case on June 21, 1996, sentenced in 1998 and sentenced to 232 years in prison.
